Which BJJ class is right for you?

Fundamentals Class
This class is for those just beginning their jiu jitsu journey. We teach the foundational movements in jiu jitsu – the hip escape, front roll, back roll, etc. as well as the most basic concepts and techniques. Because this class is designed for beginners, we focus a larger portion of the class on technique, ensuring that our students can execute the movements properly and safely. *up to 2 stripe white belts only

Intermediate Class

Our core class offering. The intermediate program is designed for the everyday practitioner and is a mixed level class, beginners must have at least 3 months of experience prior to entering or obtain instructor approval. In this class, we teach those techniques with the highest percentage of success, and delve into the details that allow you to execute them even better. *All belts welcome!

Advanced/Competition Class

Not everyone chooses to compete, but for those who do – or who like to train like they do – this class is for you. Our Competition Class is a rigorous, high-intensity class, oriented toward the jiu jitsu athlete. It is focused less on teaching technique, and more on sharpening your skills and competitive acuity, with a lot of fast-paced positional sparring and live rolling. *6 months experience and up.

Junior Class
For our junior, we focus on developing strong fundamentals and we teach more complex techniques and sequences. Incorporating more drills, positional sparring, and live rolling. We push our 8-14 kids to be more disciplined in their training, and accountable for their participation and personal growth.

Junior Advanced/Competition Class
Focuses on preparing our young students for competitive situations. Full of drilling exercises, as well as plenty of positional and live sparring, this class is designed to build up your child’s mental and physical endurance, and competitive game
.

Submission Grappling

Submission Grappling is the NO-GI version of BJJ and has a higher focus on wrestling and submissions. It is a sport based martial art that has more submissions than any other style (predominantly leg locks) Due to its heavy emphasis on wrestling it is great for physical fitness, and with loads of professional shows now to compete on it is growing rapidly all over the world.

Open Mat

Our Open Mat training is designed to allow students to work on specific trouble areas and practice newly learned techniques in a non-instructed format. The class is open to all members of any belt rank or age. This class allows members the opportunity to spar, drill, or analyze techniques and improve their Jiu-Jitsu Game.

Visitors are very welcome anytime at our academy!

Private Lessons

Private lessons are available to all academy members and visitors, and are a great way for more concentrated instruction, tailored to your individual needs and experience level. Students will have the opportunity for more in-depth exploration of techniques and positional study in a more exclusive learning environment
Please note: All private lessons MUST be scheduled beforehand by using the app or email.

Leg Locks

→ For those who want to begin implementing leglocking systems into their game
